In Russia, a hybrid managed drone route for the RSSU was developed: what is known

The device will be able to shoot 122 mm caliber shells, circumvent obstacles, adjust the coordinates in flight, the Russians assure. The Russian developer Anatoly Krishtop patented a hybrid jet -controlled ammunition (rough), which combines the functions of the rocket and unmanned aircraft. The details are transmitted by the TASS news agency.

According to a document located on the site of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property, a hybrid jet -controlled ammunition combines the properties of an unmanned aircraft and rocket. Its body has an aerodynamic configuration "Taler", arrow wings and elevones, as well as vertical kernels with steering wheel, battery and control system with a target module. The document also reports that the drone rocket has a 122 mm 222 mm caliber mount (RZSV-a rocket launch system, ed. ).

In addition, the rough is suggested to equip the simultaneous launch of jet engines of shells, the homing module on the target. This module, as expected, must have the function of additional coordinate adjustments and the ability to receive additional information about the location of the target from other reconnaissance drones. According to the design of the Kryshtop, the drone rocket will have to fly at low height and go through obstacles.

The patent author reported that in the Russian weapons system there are no winged missiles of different bases that would correspond to a rough, according to him, it follows that his device is "unique". Nothing is known about the possibility of developing a managed drone. Earlier, we wrote that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began to use "smart" drones with machine vision.
