The law on changing the conscription system in Russia was signed on April 14. In the aggressor country, they want to launch a registry that will store the military. The summons will be sent not only in paper but also in electronic format.
Such summons will be considered "presented" from the moment they appear in the personal office of the Russians or a week after placement in the registry itself. For those who "evade" from the service after "receiving" electronic stories, restrictive measures are provided. Earlier, Russian officials stated that electronic summons could not be introduced earlier than 2025. This was explained by "very stringent infrastructure and information security requirements.
