Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Matyash explained that the vast majority of men who are currently in a conditionally safe territory will be involved in the army. Everyone should understand that every turn will come to the war, because only in this way Ukraine will be able to withstand in the struggle for its existence and win. In the program "Time: Online" with Maria Skibinsky serviceman of the Armed Forces Alexander Matyash spoke about mobilization in Ukraine.

He stressed that Ukrainians should be ready for it. According to him, the vast majority of men who are currently in a conditionally safe territory will be involved in the army. "All men will fight - if not, then we lose . . . ", - the defender said. Matyash emphasized that the war should be taken seriously, as it has already affected everyone. He is also convinced that this war for a long time. "We are crazy," the military said.

The defender stated that it would cost the Ukrainian people a large number of human lives. The fighter also drew attention to the financial aspect of the issue, because the fighting requires constant resources. "Still, this war will end not the defeat of Russia, but negotiations," Matyash said. The Parliament of Ukraine explained the likelihood of increased overall mobilization.

At the end of August, Yegor Chernev, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, stated that everyone would go to fight with the Russians. According to him, the fourth stage of mobilization in Ukraine implies that all men will participate in the fighting, and now the second stage of mobilization is in Ukraine.

Lawyers believe that the strengthening of the conscription is contrary to the current law, but it is possible to replenish the ranks of the Armed Forces quickly by police officers, employees of the tax service and the Tax Code. Mobilization in Ukraine will continue to be implemented in the usual mode. Subsequently, Fedor Venislavsky, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, made such a statement.
