OSCE members supported the sanction initiative for Putin's "Putin's wallet"

The co -authors of the document were the People's Deputies of Ukraine Pavel Frolov and Nikita Potraev, who together with 18 parliamentarians from other European countries called on the EU leadership to create mechanisms for monitoring Russian propaganda campaigns, to strengthen the struggle against misinformation.

This scheme also connects Vardanian to the Russian President close to the "Orthodox oligarch" Konstantin Malofeev - the creator of the propaganda TV channel "Tsargrad" and a number of aggressive anti -Western information campaigns. They are related not only to joint financial activity, but also to the similarity of views - Vardanian also actively promotes the expansionist ideas of the "Russian world", actively supported various measures of the Russian Orthodox Church, including abroad.

Since 2014, Malofeev has opened up the occupiers in the Donbass since 2014, and after the start of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022 requires even more stringent actions of the Russian army. Vardaniana has repeatedly urged to submit to the US and European Union sanctions.

Pavel Frolov proposed to undermine the military economy of the aggressor country, reducing the marginal threshold to the cost of a barrel of Russian oil to $ 30, and impose secondary sanctions on countries that buy Russian energy resources.
