The suspected "Tempest" used her acquaintances to receive information about the Armed Forces in border areas. She contacted the invaders through the messenger. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained an informant, which "poured" the Russian military data on the places of base of the Armed Forces in the border with the Russian Federation districts of Sumy region. This was reported in the SBU press service on Telegram.

"Especially the enemy was interested in the deployment of the units of the Armed Forces and the State Border Service, which provide protection of the regional center and state border at the northeastern borders of Ukraine," the message said. It was noted that the occupiers needed this information for aiming air attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces and possible preparation of "breakthrough" of the Russian DRG in the territory of the region.

The SBU exposed and detained the suspect, which was a pro -Russian resident of Sumy district. In the blocked social network "Classmates" she spread her own anti -Ukrainian posts, which was why representatives of the Russian special services were remotely contacted and involved in cooperation. For successful tasks, the woman promised "unobstructed" registration of Russian citizenship with a "prospect" of further departure to the country.

The woman was hidden for Ukrainian facilities, going around public transport. In addition, she used her acquaintances, who asked about fighters in border areas. This information, as noted by law enforcement officers, was transmitted to the occupiers through the messenger. The SBU searched the suspect and seized a mobile phone with evidence of criminal activity. She has now been reported suspected of two articles of the Criminal Code, she is in custody. She faces up to eight years in prison.
