On August 23, a meeting of the Anti -Corruption Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, which was invited by representatives of the Ministry of Defense and People's Deputy. The theme of the meeting is an attempt to understand the details of the purchase of winter military uniform for the Armed Forces, which took place in the fall of 2022.

Earlier, the media found out that the Turkish company Vector Avia was involved in the purchase, and proved that summer jackets were brought to Ukraine under the guise of winter. The issue also arose about the price: when crossing the Ukrainian border, it was three times higher than when leaving Turkey. Yaroslav Zheleznyak showed an example of reliable, according to his words, documents that should accompany goods.

According to the People's Deputy, the Ministry of Defense showed documents with signs of forgery. The politician has posted a table that clearly shows the difference in prices for clothing on two borders. In particular, jackets and pants for the Armed Forces fighters were imported in December 2022. Each - from 2640 to 5820 units. clothes. And at each position - the rise in prices three times when crossing the border: and so - three more times when brought parties on 9, 10 and 15, 2022.

During the committee meeting, the representative of the Ministry of Defense Denis Sharapov decided to prove that the jackets were still winter. To do this, brought some product to the hall and show its quality. In the meantime, one of the committee members noted that it is not possible to prove that it was a product from that party. He also stressed that the evidence in this case is the documents: "show a jacket and the documents needed" - to hear on the video they made during the meeting.

As it turned out, the firm was created shortly before the contract, its owner was a citizen of Ukraine Roman Pletnav. At the same time they made a full prepayment, but not received winter clothes.

Instead, summer jackets came to Ukraine at a price, three times higher than the one specified in the documents on the departure from Turkey. Information that the purchase of a winter form for the Armed Forces raises questions, wrote the media. At that time, journalists published documents that show the difference in price. They also proved, weighing the clothes that it could not be winter because it was too light.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine assured that it was not related to the jackets, which on the road to Ukraine so much went up. We would like to remind you that the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office reported another case in ordering a military uniform for the Armed Forces. It turned out that the company received 35 million UAH from the Ministry of Defense, but sewed clothes of poor quality.
