The Ministry of Defense announced the launch of the Army+Application: Will there be electronic summons

Deputy Head of the Ministry Kateryna Chernnoroenko said that in Ukraine they are trying to "quickly" develop an electronic office of the military. According to her, the goal is to reduce visits to all institutions. The Ministry of Defense is working on a new Army+Application, which they want to launch in the summer.

The Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization, Kateryna Chernororenko, told the Teleterna on February 21 whether the summons would be handed over. "This is a mobile app for servicemen. These are people who are already choosing freedom on the front line at the front. Therefore, electronic summons cannot be sent to servicemen because they already have status and directly carry out tasks at the front," the official explained.

However, she noted that the Defense Ministry was already working with the Ministry of Digital Transformation on the development of an electronic office of the military. According to Chernoroenko, the ministries are trying to "quickly" develop a convenient functionality for updating data online. "To reduce visits to all institutions and make it online very convenient. Therefore, we will announce our decision very soon. I think it will be quickly enough," the Deputy Minister added.
