The publication writes that those who still agreed for several weeks were instructed to explore Polish seaports. They had to place surveillance cameras along the railways and hide tracking devices in military cargoes.

Then, in March, a new radical order was received - to start trains that carry weapons to Ukraine. The Polish authorities now believes that the mysterious customer was the GRU of the Russian Federation and that the disrupted operation was the most serious Russian threat in the territory of NATO since Moscow began its invasion of Ukraine last year. It is reported that the purpose of Russia was to disrupt the armed flow to Ukraine through Poland.
