"In the daytime, March 27, at about 2:30 pm the city was rocket attack. The enemy applied Balism," Vitaliy Kim said. According to him, the occupiers were probably launched by the Iskander-M rocket. After the impact, there was a fire in the territory of the industrial infrastructure, but rescuers quickly eliminated the fire. Kim noted that 12 people were injured as a result of the attack, and four of them were provided with outpatient care. In addition, six apartment buildings received minor damage.

In the afternoon of March 27, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched ballistic missiles on Nikolaev, explosions in the city. Immediately after the attack, the head of the Nikolaev ova Vitaliy Kim declared six wounded, one person was in serious condition.
