The Armed Forces deployed the mouths of land robots: what tasks they are already performing - Sukharevsky

Ukrainian land drones fire on the enemy, change and exchange territories, deliver cargoes, evacuate the wounded, and are used as drones-Kamikadze. In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, separate company of land unmanned complexes have been created, which are already performing tasks on the front line. The commander of unmanned systems (SBS) Vadim Sukharevsky said this in a comment to the Militar portal.

It is reported that terrestrial drones carry out fire damage, mines, demining, logistical operations, evacuation, and also use robots as Kamikadze. Such technologies are designed to reduce the risks to the lives of the military on the line of combat. According to the SBS commander, a breakthrough in this field is an important resource for victory in the war. "Our goal is to make the ground robotic complexes tasks on one section of the front, protecting positions during a hostile assault.

This is real, I believe in it," Vadim Sukharevsky said. In a comment to the portal Delo. ua Vadim Sukharevsky also noted that the Ukrainian military began to use land drones for remote change and as Kamikadze in 2022. However, the equipment of terrestrial platforms by means of fire damage was with some delay, in particular because of misunderstanding, which machine guns are better equipped: a sample of the USSR or NATO.

According to the SBS commander, there are already devices with arms of both types in Ukraine. According to the officer, both types of land robots showed high efficiency, performing fire support of the Ukrainian infantry. We will remind, the forces of unmanned systems are the latest genus of the Armed Forces troops, the decree of which was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on February 6, 2024.

Colonel Vadim Sukharevsky became the commander of the SBS, who previously held the position of one of the deputies of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky. Its area of ​​responsibility was unmanned systems and development of drones. In May this year, the first fee for the ground robotic complexes for the Defense Forces of Ukraine also started on the UNITED24 Fandssering platform. These are three types of robots: combat, Kamikadze miners and logists.
