The search, purchase and transportation of cars for the Armed Forces turns into ...

From the shortage to the shopping center: why the Armed Forces do not receive cars and the state rests away

The search, purchase and transportation of cars for the Armed Forces turns into a real quest, the journalist Vladislav Bovsunovsky complains. Thank the state of Ukraine, which is not what does not help, and also creates additional problems. Currently, there are almost no "live" machines with high clearance in the price range of 2-4 thousand euros. The same models that were 3-5 thousand ago cost a year or two, now will cost 7-10 thousand.

Why? Deficiency, demand, fatigue from war in Western societies - all this has played a role. But the problem is not only in prices. The problem is also organizational. Volunteers who carry out the car on their own are short. Many are accused of "barrel", but honestly: these people are the only reason why cars still get to the front. Because the driver has to eat something, you need to sleep somewhere, somehow get, somewhere to put a tow truck. These are the costs.

Those who have refugee status often cannot help regularly - only with windows between work, weekends or during vacations. But everyone's costs are the same. At the exit, this means that the cost of a car in Ukraine for the Armed Forces is steadily increasing, and it has frozen. And in 90% of cases pay the soldiers, soldiers and younger officers. From experience: in the best technical condition in Europe, machines are those in which the timing belt has broken or pulled a chain.

You can take at a symbolic price. In Ukraine, such vehicles in a few days underground (because the masters of official one hundred staff of the Criminal Code have long gone) on the move. But how to bring? Transport companies run large sums. A network of volunteer evacuators through the EU is required, at least 1-2 cars each.

And most importantly - the coordination center: someone monitors the ads, someone is looking at, someone is engaged in finances, someone makes sure that the car does not "get lost" and gets to the military and so on. There is also a question of fertilizers, because if you want a profitable car, then you need to take instantly, and from Ukraine the translations are blocked by the NBU decisions. What does the state do? Nothing. Or, on the contrary, interferes.

Volunteers are restricted to departure, problems are already in large parents, who have been staying for a very long time. Because they also need to be noted in the shopping center (why?), And there documents on a deferral for several months lie without movement. But there is still one question: the visa waiver is only 90 days, so drivers need a lot. Nobody talks about the purchase of new cars for the Armed Forces. In the public plane, the theme is simply . . . evaporated.

It seems that everyone is waiting for it "somehow to be resolved. " In the meantime, soldiers have less money and prices are higher. While we laugh from the Russians who pull on donkeys, our problems do not disappear. We are just shyly silent about them. Separate history - tires. They are full in Europe in excellent condition. They are often even given free. But again - without a network of cars with trailers or a network of warehouses, where individuals can give them, you will do nothing.
