The Department of Family and Childhood of the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation reported a program according to which the Russian authorities transported more than 1000 children from Mariupol to Tyumen, Irkutsk, Kemerova and the Altai region, where they were adopted by Russian families.
Video Day ISW also notes that the Russian authorities are deploying security forces in the Luhansk region, probably in response to a decrease in the support of war and the increase in the unwillingness to fight among the Luhansk people.
The deployment of the Russian authorities by the Russian authorities of Rosgvardia to ensure the safety in the occupied Luhansk region distracts these forces from operations in other places of Ukraine, which probably contributes to the wider inability of Russia to turn limited tactical achievements into operational success.
