"For public prosecution of prosecutors of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court adopted a sentence of a man for unauthorized dissemination of information on the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the message said. It was noted that in March 2023 the man copied with two administrators of local pro -Russian chats, who were created to collect intelligence on Telegram.
In particular, he sent photos of the departments of the Armed Forces in the city. The Kramatorsk resident did not stop the fact that this information could get to the Russian Federation and cause harm to the national security of Ukraine. After a while, the hostile rocket hit one of the locations of the defense units. The prosecutor's office also stressed that after the militiamen exposed the man, he was waiting for a sentence.
We will remind, on August 2 it became known that representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine detained two correctives in Kharkiv. They gathered information about the Armed Forces units and gave enemy blows around the city. On August 4, the SBU announced the detention of a deputy of one of the settlement councils of Poltava region. He corrected enemy shelling on the leading positions of the Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction.
