Fewer "Shahaneda" but more "eagles": as the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation changed the attacks of drones in April, - expert

The Russians have reduced the use of UAV Shahd-136 2. 5 times. Oleksandr Kovalenko considers the cause of Iran in Israel, as well as Russia's inability to produce such apparatus massively. By the end of the second third of April, the armed forces of the Russian Federation sharply reduced the use of unmanned aerial vehicles Shahd-136, but increased the use of reconnaissance drones. Alexander Kovalenko wrote about it in his Telegram-channel.

According to the expert, in three weeks the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched 265 drones-Kamikadze Shahd-136 in Ukraine. At the same time, over the last seven days, the occupiers have used much less UAV than in the previous weeks - only 41 drones, 100% of which were shot down. According to Kovalenko, this week the use of this type of UAV decreased 2. 5 times. In his opinion, this is due to the recent attack of Iran on Israel, during which the Shahd-136 drones were used.

The expert believes that for this reason, the Russian Federation was lacking drones. "This once again indicates that there is no production of finished products in Russia, which would fully provide for the need for strokes in Ukraine and there is a sharp dependence on Iran," Kovalenko said. At the same time, according to the expert, the Russians began to use much more reconnaissance drones "Zala", "Orlan-10", "SuperCam" and others.

He stressed that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation use these drones near the rear zone on the eve of beats of ballistic missiles and other means of damage. "The trend is negative, but in particular, which demonstrates the inability to receive a comprehensive intelligence for adjusting strokes by other means," the expert stated. With regard to FPV-punks, according to Kovalenko, their use is maintained at the level of 150-200 units per day.

In April, this figure exceeded 200 units per day and once - 300, but the expert believes that it is too early to speak about a stable growth trend. "Even with such a saturation of LBZ hostile FPV-Drons, the problem of placing the means of HRB of all types retains its urgent relevance," he added. The use of the use of lancet ammunition by the Russians, according to the expert, is also not recorded. According to Kovalenko, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launch about 10 such drones a day.
