Along with the leading and most conscientious states, we will increase the assistance of those countries and peoples who are particularly affected by the food crisis. And the first meetings have already taken place, we have the first international arrangements. In fact, together with our partners, we begin a cooperation that can be the basis for guaranteeing food security at a new level.

It has long been said that global coordination is needed to save the poor countries of the world from starvation. And it is such a coordination mechanism that we are working out now. I hope you can implement it. He met today with the US permanent representative at the UN Linda Thomas Grinfield, and much of our negotiations were devoted to humanitarian topics.

The more meaningful will our cooperation with partners to overcome various humanitarian problems, the less international contradictions and crises will be used by Russia to blackmail the international community. Separately discussed with Ms. Thomas Grinfield our steps within the UN General Assembly and the draft resolutions offered by Ukraine.

It is very important - they talked about how to provide access to UN and Red Cross representatives to Ukrainians and Ukrainian women who are being held in Russian captivity. Every day and every international opportunity, we use to bring all our people from captivity to bring them closer. We remember everyone who is kept by the occupiers. But this does not mean that the intensity of fighting has become lower. The situation is difficult throughout the front. In some areas, cruel positional battles continue to continue, and especially difficult - also in the Donetsk region. The activity of the invaders there is kept at high level - dozens of attacks daily. They suffer extremely large -scale losses, but they have not changed the order - just to go to the Administration of Donetsk region. We do not surrender any centimeter of our land.

And I thank all our heroes who hold positions in the Donbass. Kherson region. We clearly understand that the plans of the enemy, so we act accordingly. Carefully, thought out and in the interests of the liberation of our entire territory. We strengthen our positions, break Russian logistics, consistently destroy the potential of the invaders to keep in the occupation of the south of our country. East. Step by step we move to the return of the Ukrainian flag to all our cities and communities.

We actively strengthen the border. At the same time, work is ongoing to restore normal life in liberated areas. Only in the past day and only, for example, in two districts of Kharkiv, more than a thousand households have returned gas and electricity. Repairs are also underway on all those energy facilities that have suffered from recent Russian blows. As of this evening, about 4 million Ukrainians in 14 oblasts and the city of Kiev have been disconnected from electricity.

But most are stabilizing schedules, not emergency. I thank all our energy, communalists, regional administrations, local self -government - all who return our people to the predictability of life even in such conditions. Today, the Government of Ukraine has made an important decision that will help to pass the winter. Imports of goods needed during the heating season will be exempted from VAT and import duty.

This should simplify the supply of generators, batteries, transformers and other similar equipment for energy and heat supply to Ukraine. It is also important that sufficient gas and coal accumulate to provide Ukrainians. We clearly understand: turning winter into weapons is a plan of a terrorist state against our country, as well as against all of Europe. But we do our best to make this Russian plan failure as different previous ones. And one more.
