In order to get from Odessa to the central district of the village or further-to Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, it is necessary to go to a detour of more than 100 km through the border strip with Moldova and the checkpoint "Palanka", where border guards are closely checking men of the reasonable age. For the year, more than 100 thousand hryvnias are released for Michael. He owed the state twice as much. The owners of the cafe also admit that they are at risk because they cannot predict what the flow of people will be.

"And how many people die in an accident? And how many rockets or mines in the sea? Given the inflation and the increase in the cost of utilities, prices in cafes are planned to be raised by 30% compared to 2021. The hotel owner tells that at first his hotel was most often rescued by Kiev, but now tourists from different regions of Ukraine are calling.
