Russians cannot control drones on the battlefield: Gur hackers have failed an important software

According to preliminary data, as a result of cyberattacks, GURS Russian servers have stopped working, so all software is recognized as "alien" and denies the occupiers. Ukrainian GUR intelligence officers staged a cyberattack to the Russians and failed the software of the occupiers, which controls the drones. This was reported in the press service of GUR Ministry of Defense. The scouts have struck the web servers of the Russian project, which ensures the functioning of the system "your own".

According to GUR, as of February 8, 2024, the enemy began to complain about a massive failure of the drone control program - as a result of the cyberattack of the software stopped "recognizing" Russian users and refusing the occupiers in access. UAVs are also not obtained by operators. "This software is installed for flashing DJI drones for the need for combat," the intelligence explained.

The software allows enemy UAV operators: "Without access to servers, and therefore - to the system, control of drones from the remotes is likely to be impossible. Now the enemy tries to solve the problem in every possible way, in particular by switching to manual control regime," - said in Gur. It should be reminded that on January 6, thanks to the work of GUR in Belgorod region, the invaders suddenly did not count two airborne air defense systems.
