"No restrictions for the Armed Forces": 26 countries are ready to send peacekeepers to Ukraine - Macron

To spread: French President Emmanuel Macron said political and military guarantees for Ukraine supported 35 leaders of the Coalition Coalition States. According to him, 26 countries are ready to send a peacekeeping contingent or support for peacekeepers to Ukraine. Emmanuel Macron declared a press conference as a result of a meeting of the Coalition of those in Paris on September 4. It was also attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to Macron, the "Coalition of those who" appeared on February 17 in Paris, has already launched a scheme of military and political involvement to guarantee Ukraine peace and security. He reported that a political and military proposal was already on the table, supported by 35 leaders. The President of France also stressed that the "coalition of those who want" in peace talks opposes the limitation of the number and opportunities of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

"There can be no restrictions on the format or capacity of the Ukrainian army in the negotiations. This is that we protect and protect to the end. And we will not only contribute to the stability of the Ukrainian army to new attacks, but also to restrain the Russian army," Macron said. He added that 26 countries are ready to send peacekeeping troops to Ukraine or to provide means to support the peacekeeping contingent in the sky and at sea.

"They decided to attract their military in Ukraine on earth, air or in the sea to guarantee the safety of Ukrainians on the day, which will come after the ceasefire or after peace," Macron explained. According to him, the role of the United States in security guarantees for Ukraine will be determined in the coming weeks.

Macron refused to name the number of peacekeepers, explaining that this information is concerned with the safety of partners, and the "coalition of those who want" does not plan to issue it to the Kremlin. We will remind, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz on September 3 stated that his country does not plan to send his own troops to Ukraine.
