Destroys "wings and eyes": The network showed a new hunting Yak-52 on the drone Zala RF (photo)

The Ukrainian 40-year-old plane caught up with the Russian reconnaissance drone, showing photos from social networks. The Russian military is not satisfied that the forces of defense are hunting for their state -of -the -art equipment. The Yak-52 Soviet Manufacture Training Aircraft was effective in counteracting Russian intelligence drones. The aircraft caught up with the UAL Zala of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and hit the video shot by the hostile device.

The screenshot of the video was placed in the Telegram channel of the propaganda public "Archangel Special Forces Z". The post about Ukrainian Yak-52 appeared on the afternoon of June 29. The Russians complained that this aircraft was not for the first time "wings and eyes" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In the photo you can see the moment of maximum rapprochement, but it is not clear what the meeting ended - whether they knocked down the reconnaissance drone Zala or not.

It is noticeable that there are two pilots in the cabin, and on the case - 10 yellow marks, similar to UAVs. The place of shooting is not indicated. Earlier, the focus talked about the piston aircraft Yak-52, which was produced in the USSR 40-50 years ago and was intended for pilot training.

In April 2024 it became known that he successfully knocks down the reconnaissance drones of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which the enemy launches over the southern regions of Ukraine - over Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Odessa regions. Yellow marks on board mean the number of drones whipped. In the video that appeared on the network, you can see that eight UAV "Orlan-10" and two Zala managed.

Two more marks, next to which the birds and clouds were drawn, indicate that the drones fell due to collisions with a bird or due to bad weather conditions. The frames published in April show "Orlan-10", which descends to the ground under a red parachute. What was knocked down is not clear - there was no sound of shots from a gun or machine gun. After landing, the Russian car was at the disposal of defense forces because it survived and did not crash as a result of fall.

Meanwhile, you can compare the possibilities of an old Soviet aircraft and Russian equipment. In particular, Yak-52 moves at a maximum speed up to 250 km/h, while Zala-100-140 km/h, and "Orlan-10"-90-150 km/h. (Depending on the model). The cost of the aircraft is up to $ 50 thousand, said Defense Express experts. We would like to remind you that on June 28, Antidron Ukraine reported the creation of weapons against Russian drones "Lancet" and Zala.
