They can not be forcibly called to the Armed Forces, but they can join the army voluntarily. A citizen who disagrees with the decision of the VLK during the mobilization in Ukraine may appeal him in a commission of higher instance or court.
In particular, it is necessary: grounds for appealing the decision of the VLK may be as follows: recall that citizens who are considered to be suitable for mobilization in Ukraine, but have restrictions on health status will be able to serve in the CCC, security or training units. Supplies will be determined by VLK. Earlier, lawyer Rostislav Sobonnik said that during the mobilization in Ukraine, enterprises can book up to 50% of military personnel. However, some institutions are switched on.
