According to the interlocutors of the publication, in the case of the plans of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian military will have to decide whether they want to defend the north and east. At the end of May, Russia's armed forces can launch a new major offensive. This is discussed in Bild.

In particular, it is known that in an interview with Financial Times, two high -ranking officials from the GUR Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that, according to them, a new major Russian offensive may begin at the end of May. Moreover, the interlocutor said, before the start of this operation, the Russian army intensively attacks Kharkiv rockets and niche strategically important cities.

In addition, in a conversation with the Bild, the source in the Armed Forces reported the fears of a possible offensive of Russians in Kharkiv with an involvement of 20 to 40 thousand people. "In this case, we will have to make a decision if we want to defend the north or the east. And both cannot be done," he said.

At the same time, one of the Ukrainian soldiers on the conditions of anonymity reported Bild, which also considers a completely probable scenario of the Russian offensive attack on Kharkiv. According to him, for two years, Russian invaders have realized how to effectively use their forces for the offensive. Now the front is often attacked by many bombs. Moreover, according to the Ukrainian officer, not as it was before - only a few small hangars, but in every building held by the Armed Forces.

At the same time, the interlocutor of the publication acknowledged that Ukrainian defenders "could do nothing" without missiles for air defense and ammunition systems. At the same time, the Ukrainian military is building miles of anti -tank barriers - not only in the south, but also abroad with Belgorod, Kursk and Bryansk regions.
