It is noted that they found and detained it almost a year - September 8, 2023. In court, the man in his own guilty pleaded fully and sincerely repented. He explained his escape from the service exacerbation of skin disease due to poor living conditions. The military said he could not receive the treatment he needed, so he decided to escape.
For almost a year he lived in his home, and periodically with friends. The court evaluated the act of the man as a reduction of the level of military discipline and the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is noted that from the moment of detention the military has been in custody all the time. Having considered the case file, the court found the soldier guilty of desertion and appointed him 5 years in prison. Prior to the entry into force of the sentence, it will be in custody.
