The relevant message was published on Twitter. According to him, any speech of the Russian president is concluded in the phrase "According to Freud.

" "The person who invaded the foreign country annexes territories and arranges genocide - accuses someone . . . of violating international law and sovereignty of other countries?" - Podolyak asked the rhetorical question. The adviser to the chairman PPA also added that in the speech of the Russian President was still one real message. And it concerns the phrase "Who sowed the wind - will reap the storm", which Putin used in his speech. "The storm comes," Podolyak summarized.

We will remind, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin spoke at the plenary session of the International Discussion Club "Valdai" on Thursday, October 27.
