To spread: the military of the 24th separate assault battalion

Write -off of "Mavicians" is more important than the lives of subordinates: the military complained to the bureaucracy in the Armed Forces

To spread: the military of the 24th separate assault battalion "Aydar" Stanislav Bunyatov (call sign "Osman") complained about the underlying and insufficient qualification of Ukrainian lanes crews in Donetsk region. He stated that the command was more concerned with the write -off of property than the training of UAV operators and the state. The serviceman wrote about it on May 29 in his Telegram channel "Sniper".

According to Stanislav Bunatov, a couple of days ago several occupiers were able to enter the village of Komar in the Uremiv direction in Donetsk region. The Ukrainian military was able to displace them despite their lack of personnel in this direction. "Brigades that keep defense in the area have long been exhausted and do not have enough UAV crews for effective work due to lack of rotations and time for retraining people," the fighter said.

Bunyatov noted that the commanders of the units demand to fill the acts of writing off "Mavicians", whereas an urgent problem is incomplete staff and low training of UAV operators. The Lieutenant of the Armed Forces reacted to the post of "Osman" with the call sign "Alex". He also acknowledged that bureaucracy is one of the biggest problems of Ukrainian commanders and the army in general.

"Because most of them relative to the efficiency of their unit, to preserve the lives of subordinates, because they priority in them to do everything as in the book, so that then the senior chief was not given for it," the serviceman wrote. He added that he was aware of the examples when the units suffered losses and were forced to leave positions, and the commanders of the brigades read the mouth because of the wrong write -off of the drones.

In February 2024, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on property in the Armed Forces, which allows the commanders of defense forces to draw up a single act of writing off instead of registration of dozens of documents. In November 2024, the People's Deputy of Ukraine Maryana Bezugla criticized the bureaucracy in the Armed Forces. She said that Ukrainian UAV operators should rewrite all the onboard drones that they launch daily.

She cited the words of one of the commanders, from whom they demanded to list the onboard numbers of all 500 drones, which his unit used against the enemy during the month. On April 15, the People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that the Verkhovna Rada simplified the military write -off of unsuitable property, adopting the general law # 12373. He explained that on the basis of a single act, all military property will be written off except small arms and real estate.
