New options have emerged: each report is accompanied by a detailed certificate that contains clarification on the submission procedure and the list of required documents. In this case, the algorithm for submitting documents is simplified as possible, and at each stage there are tips that will help users correctly issue a request and send it to the commander.
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko stressed that the digitalization of the process of submission of reports greatly simplifies the bureaucratic procedure. "A report for release for health reasons is one of the most popular in the army. In a paper version, it takes considerable time: writing by hand, collecting and copying documents. We digitalized this process, making it simple and convenient," Chernomenko said.
The Defense Ministry also recalled that the Army+Army was launched in August 2024 and since then it has been constantly updated. Given the new forms of reports, the total number of their types reached 26, and in total, 330,000 reports were processed through the system.
