As reported by the press service of the "East" military group, the communities of Nikopol, Pishchan, Pokrov, Marganets and Chervonogrigoriv were affected. As a result of the attack, there are dead and wounded, in particular among servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is noted that relevant law enforcement and law enforcement structures are working on the fact of the attack.
An examination of the circumstances and assessment of the fulfillment of the requirements of the Commander-in-Chief and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is underway. In particular, they are investigating how timely the notification of the missile threat was, whether prohibitions and restrictions on the placement of personnel and holding meetings in the open area were observed, as well as whether units were not placed in places not intended for this.
"We express our sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the fallen defenders of Ukraine. . . The Russian aggressor will pay dearly for what he did," the message reads. Earlier it was reported that the Russian army attacked the Samariv district in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of which a store was destroyed and a fire broke out. Initially, it was reported about the dead 58-year-old man, and two injured.
