" The director is convinced that Ukrainians should understand that the war with Russia is extremely difficult and serious, and most importantly, for a long time. "We need to prepare for the war for 10 years.

If we are ready for the war for 10 years, and it will end earlier, then we won and did everything right . . . that all men will serve, we need to do demobilization, rotation to transfer to Military rails of the country and invest in defense and some production, not make a new asphalt or stadium.
