It is noted that law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings on traffic violation with the participation of military transport. Actually, the accident occurred in the afternoon on December 16 on the Kiev-Chop highway in the Stryi district of Lviv region. According to the investigation, the dead were traveled in the car.
