The invaders want to do instead of brigades of the division markets, but it requires a lot of equipment, which is unknown, where to take. In Russia, they again declared plans to reformat the Marines in the Division. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy of the Russian Federation Lieutenant General Viktor Astapov, reports "Interfax". Russian Marine Corps are reformatted in the division. For this purpose, according to Astapova, the units receive equipment and weapons on time.

Different types of UAV were also added to training. However, the same statement from the Russian Defense Ministry was announced at the end of 2022, paying attention to the Defense Express. At the same time, according to some reports, the number of marines in the USSR was up to 17 thousand fighters, 230 tanks T-54/T-55, 150 PT-76 and 1045 cars of different types.

The 55th Marines Division on the Pacific Fleet was disbanded in 2005. Then the connection had up to 3,000 fighters and 3 regiments of the Marines, artillery and anti-aircraft missing regiments, a tank battalion and parts of security. If we take the level of weapons of the units of the Marines, they had: now the Russian Federation plans to withdraw shore troops from the Navy structure.
