A ghostly future. In Russia, the LNR development plan was approved for only a year - Lugansk Ova

In the temporarily occupied territory of Lugansk region, Moscow approved a plan of socio-economic development only in the short term. The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a new plan of socio-economic development of part of the occupied territories of Lugansk region, the so-called LNR for a term of only 1 year. The government's resolution states that the development of this region will only be developed in the short term for a period of 12 months.

About it writes the press service of the Lugansk ova in its Telegram channel. The report states that in Russia there are no exceptions to models of medium -term and long -term planning of the development of this temporarily occupied region. Lugansk Ova concludes that in Moscow clearly understand that the region will soon return to Ukraine.

Also, according to the report, in the Troitske town in Luhansk region local collaborators transferred local authorities to distance work because they are afraid of shelling. At the same time, an "anonymous" telephone survey is conducted in the Luhansk region, the purpose of which is an attempt to find out how the locals relate to the LNR situation to identify unreliable among the population.

In particular, during the surveys, the Russians are interested in what moods prevail in the region and how satisfied with the work of local occupation authorities. As focus wrote, the SBU detained the Assistant "Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LNR" in November in November. According to security officers, the suspect personally participated in hostilities against ATO forces and commanded pro -Russian militants while seizing the SBU management building in Lugansk.
