The information about two explosions in Khmelnitsky was confirmed by OVA chairman Sergey Gamali at 9:03. They also noticed the activity of Russian tactical aviation from the waters of the Azov Sea, the launches of X-59 missiles are possible.

The flight of rockets was also recorded in the direction of the Dnieper, Kryvyi Rih and Kiev. Presidential Office Andriy Yermak confirmed at 9:15, that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched rockets with tactical aviation, in particular, from the airspace of the occupied territories of Ukraine. "Kryvyi Rih. The real threat of rocket strokes. Energy is preventing power off," - warned the head of the Kryvyi Rih Military Administration Alexander Vilkul at 9:14.

The DTEK Energy Company has announced the use of emergency lighting of light in Kyiv, Kyiv, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions due to the threat of missile strikes. Such measures are taken to reduce damage to energy infrastructure in the event of enclosures. At about 9:37 regions of Ukraine, aerial alarm began.
