At the same time, according to Peskov, Russia intends to achieve the achievement of all the goals of the "special operation", and the Ukrainian side, not the Russian Federation, is evading the negotiations.

Putin's pressecretic also stated that after completing the pseudo -referendum in the occupied territories of Ukraine, the situation with "security" there will be "dramatically changed" there from Russia. In addition, Peskov reported that this week Putin would hold a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. The Presidential President of Russia did not specify the agenda of the event.
