US Deputy Minister of Army Haib Kamarillo said that the sale of weapons abroad had increased from $ 13 billion in the 2022 financial year to $ 35 billion in the 2023 financial year. They delay the transfer of critical forces and means to our partners and allies," the US Deputy Minister of Army said. There are currently 6 proposals for weapons reform. The same processes began in the State Department. One of the priorities: improving coordination with foreign partners, improving staff education and reviewing technological safety processes.
