He shot 6 civilians in Chechnya: the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces were eliminated
The details of the death of the occupier are not disclosed, but his death was confirmed by his mother Natalia Korobenkov. According to Korobenkova, she was informed by the wife of one convicted officer who fought with her son about the death of Ulman in a battle in Ukraine. "He was on the territory of Ukraine and fought on the side of Russia. Despite the fact that he was sentenced, he still decided to defend his homeland. I consider him a true hero and patriot," the occupier said.
In 2007, Ulmann was sentenced to 14 years in prison. In 2002, Russian soldiers commanded by Ulman shot six peaceful people on the road in Chechnya. They were killed: 41-year-old pregnant woman, mother of seven children Zapp Javathhanov, her nephew Magomed Musayev, 68-year-old director of the village school Said Madhadha-Vahababa Satabaev, Forester Shahban Bakhayev and driver of the car Hamzat Tuburov. The soldiers opened fire on a civilian car in mistake.
But later, when Ulman reported about the event to his leader Major Alexei Perelevsky, he ordered to kill those who survived. Ulman twice asked the manager about the order and made it to be heard by other accomplices of the crime - the military of the Russian Federation - Vladimir Voevodin and Alexander Kalagansky. After that, the inhabitants were shot, corpses were loaded to the UAZ and set on fire.
The court justified the servicemen twice, and the real term received only the Major, which ordered the order. Alexei Perelevsky received 9 years of strict regime colonies. Three other special forces, including Edward Ulman, did not come to court. Ulmann was sentenced for 14 years. All these years the murderers' residence was unknown. The case against Ulman and his subordinates became one of the most resonant during the Second Chechen War.
