The liquidation of Kolomeytsev was the result of a special operation, which was carried out by the local movement of resistance to the Kremlin regime in cooperation with the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. It is unknown about death details. The colonel was involved in the preparation of Russian experts in the use of UAVs, including operators and service personnel of shock drones-Kamikadze type "Shahaned".
