Acting Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Igor Moroz reported that the strike had fallen into the city center, resulting in two administrative buildings. The search and rescue operation continues at the site of the impact. SES staff managed to save three people who were under the rubble. Later, in the Donetsk Regional Police Head, it was reported that the city had been attacked by two missiles with OTRC "Iskander-M".
