Large -scale cyberattack on the State Register of Ukraine: What services are not available to citizens

The Ministry of Justice reported that the registers needed weeks. Some services can be obtained in old format or regardless of the registers. As of December 27, the real estate register in Ukraine remains "paralyzed" as a result of the cyberattacks of the Russians. This is evidenced by the "Action" portal. The site can send a request for information from the State Register of Real Property Rights.

However, if you now click on the "Get Help" button, there is a message that the service is temporarily unavailable due to the restoration of the Ministry of Justice's registers. That is, Ukrainians are not available to the online certificate of real estate from the following registers: the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine informed on December 24 that due to the most large-scale cyber-attacks of Russians, access to its state registers has been temporarily restricted from December 19.

The Ministry of Justice emphasized that it is impossible to obtain data or amend the register of real rights to real estate. At the same time, all actions in the registry are automatically recorded, namely - who, when and what he did. "Therefore, talking about the risk of illegal seizure of property because of restricted access to the register - manipulation. From a legal point of view, registration is not simply a record in the State Register of Real Estate Rights. .

On December 20, the BBC was reported that the Cyberattak was assumed by the Russian Hacker Group Xaknet Team. V. O. Volodymyr Karasttelov, the head of the SBU Cybersecurity Department, said that the attack was prepared for at least a few months, and there are hostile special services.
