Attempted on Sternenko: The Council was warned that the Russian Federation hunts a number of people

To spread: Ukrainian activist and volunteer Sergey Sternenko declared an attack on him on May 1. He reported that he was injured during the attempt. People's Deputy of Ukraine Alexei Goncharenko noted that there is a list of people who are hunted by Russian special services. The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the European Solidarity faction was published in his Telegram. "Sternenko's strength and health," the People's Deputy wrote.

Goncharenko stated that there is a list of people who are trying to eliminate Russians in Ukraine. "Right now there is a list of people in which the Russians are hunting. Everything is serious enough. So be careful," the parliamentarian wrote. He also approved the work of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Immediately after the post about the assassination of Sternenko in his Telegram-channel reported that it has a slight injury and there was no threat to his life, and the attacker was detained by SBU staff. The press service of the department also reported that Sternenko was attacked with firearms, and the attacker was detained on the spot. The activist Sergei Sternenko was committed in 2018. According to Odessa, the third attack occurred late on the evening of May 24 near his house.

Two men - Ivan Kuznetsov and Alexander Isaikul - were stabbed, and the activist was a concussion. Ivan Kuznetsov also injured a knife from which he died. Alexander Isikul managed to escape. The case was opened against Sergiy Sternenko to exceed the necessary self -defense, which was closed by the Primorsky District Court of Odessa on December 26, 2023.
