The Minister of Energy told this during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada on June 20, which was broadcast on social networks by People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko.

"But, of course, the situation is complicated. First of all, this is the result of really unprecedented attacks on the energy system that took place over the past year and this year. Unfortunately, the attacks have now recovered. Both large -scale attacks were last week, and daily attacks on appropriate equipment in different cities, especially in the prisoners. " He explained that Ukraine is buying gas, given the possibility of increasing its costs to generate electricity.

In addition, the country will be provided with the required amount of coal for the next heating season. "So today we have the necessary reserves and resources of nuclear fuel in order to pass the next heating season quietly," Galushchenko said. He explained that the key load would be on the atomic generation, which in the peak hours generated up to 60% of all electricity.

However, NPP repairs were planned so that in the winter all nine blocks in the controlled territory of Ukraine were working fully. The enemy also attacked the heat generation, but the repair campaign lasts around the clock. Of the 10 GW damaged or destroyed capacities, approximately 6 GWs were restored per year. She suffered losses due to massive blows and hydropower, but by the heating season she is promised to bring "to maximum possible power".

The minister assured that as of today, there are no risks to the introduction of light shutdowns. "It is clear that restoring massive blows (…) can affect generation and transmission and electricity distribution," he said. Galushchenko reported that in 2024 energy suffered 33 beats. He stressed that it was a thousand rockets and tens of thousands of UAVs. We will remind, in the morning of June 11 the light in the Nikolaev and partly Kherson regions.
