In particular, the enemy actively applies fighters on the Armed Forces positions on the line of combat collision and managed aviation bombs in frontline areas. Since the beginning of 2024, hostile planes have dropped more than 3,500 airbombs into Ukrainian positions, which is 16 times more than 2023. Havrylyuk believes that F-16 fighters will help the defense forces to reconcile the dominance of the enemy in the sky, which will increase the capabilities of Ukrainians on Earth.

However, Ukraine does not have these sides, while the ammunition reserves are falling to a critical level. "These and other factors complicate the forces of Ukraine's defense forces to repel the aggressor," Ivan Havrylyuk added.
