The military who sold "humanitarian" cars for the Armed Forces in the Nikolaev area may be on bail

The prosecutor's office noted that the market value of these cars exceeds UAH 600 thousand. Currently, the suspect has been chosen by a pre -trial detention measure with the right to make a bail in the amount of 188 800 UAH. In the Nikolaev area, a soldier of one of the military units was reported suspicion of the sale of humanitarian aid goods for profit. On Tuesday, February 6, the Mykolaiv Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Southern Region reported.

According to the investigation, at the beginning of this year "for the purpose of illegal personal enrichment and profit" a serviceman sold three foreign registration cars that were imported into the territory of Ukraine as humanitarian assistance and were intended for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The person detained on February 2 during the sale of cars, which, according to the press service, was under the control of law enforcement.

The corresponding detention took place in the order of Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine. The prosecutor's office added that the market value of these cars exceeds UAH 600 thousand.
