How many Russian combat aircraft acts on the front and why they beat: Explanation of GUR

The Russians beat ballistic missiles three times on a military facility in Ukraine because they are afraid of the emergence of Western F-16 fighters, explained by the representative of the GUR Defrone GUR Vadim Skibitsky. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have about 300 aircraft suitable for use in the war in Ukraine.

Thanks to the blows caused by the Armed Forces, the enemy has lost the opportunity to monitor the situation in the area of Kiev, but continues to beat for military and civilian purposes. A representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Vadim Skibitsky told about the state of Russian aviation in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine information agency.

Skibitsky noted that thanks to the destruction of the Russian aircraft, the far radar reconnaissance A-50 does not "see" to Kiev and does not fly over the Azov Sea. After the loss of this aircraft, the intelligence is conducted from the space above the Krasnodar region and its capabilities are already limited. However, the enemy continues to fire targets in the territory of Ukraine, a representative of GUR stressed.

The main purpose of the Russian Federation is to "destroy both our aviation and infrastructure". This is evidenced by one of the latest attacks - a triple blow to the Kanatovo airfield near Kropyvnytskyi. According to him, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for three days in a row were beaten by a flyer. The Russian command is afraid of the moment when Ukraine will receive Western F-16 aircraft and other Western equipment: for this purpose, they were beaten along the airfield.

"Here, for three days in a row, the enemy bombed Kanatovo airfield, trying to impress with ballistic missiles. And this is just that approach of the enemy, so as not to allow us to place aviation there. They are very afraid that a powerful Western technique will come to Ukraine. " Kanatovo is a Ukrainian military airfield, located 7 km northeast of Kropyvnytskyi. The distance from the front line in the Zaporozhye region is about 270 km.

It should be noted that during February 2024 the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation lost 10 aircraft, with seven of them destroyed within one week. As the Air Force spokesman Yuri Ignatt explained, Ukraine has additional opportunities to dispose of Russian aviation. The military did not tell the weapon. On February 19, the focus reported the beating of two Russian fighters-Su-34 and Su-35C.

The planes were knocked down on an unspecified shade of the Eastern Front at the moment when they beat the Ukrainian positions by the managed aviation bombs. On the eve of another aircraft was being disposed of another aircraft on the eve, February 18: the broken apparatus was seen on a truck in the rear of the enemy. On February 17, three fighters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation-two Su-34 and one SU-35 fell at once.

The planes could be hit by the Ukrainian air defense forces, which covered the departure of the Armed Forces from Avdiivka,-explained analysts of the Institute of War Study. Meanwhile, on January 15, the A-50 spy plane was confirmed: it was reached above the Azov Sea. The fighter aircraft crashed, and the aircraft that accompanied it-the IL-22 command point-barely reached the airfield.
