Russian students will start cooking for nuclear war and teach to find extremists - Roszmi
The Russian authorities have decided to introduce a subject called "Fundamentals of Safety and Protection of the Motherland" (OBSB) into the curricula of schools, which will prepare senior students for a possible nuclear war. Within this subject, students will be acquainted with information about combat characteristics and destructive action of weapons of mass destruction, as well as methods of protection against it. About it writes the Russian edition of "Commemorsant".
According to journalists, this step is reflected in the discipline approved by the Ministry of Education, which should come into force on September 1, 2024, replacing the subject "Fundamentals of safe life" (OBZ). In addition, students will also learn the basics of military training and first aid rules in the context of hostilities. It is noted that the final version of the program excluded lessons in "modern all -military battle" and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.
This course has caused a wave of discussions among lawyers because it contradicts Article 5 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Children from Information, which is detrimental to their health and development". According to this article, it is prohibited to disseminate information among minors, which justifies or justifies violence or encourages violent acts.
Instead of lessons on "general military battle" and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, students will teach the general principles of use of drones and unmanned devices in the sea. However, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not comment on the reasons for such changes in the program.
In addition, the training course will include traditional topics, such as traffic rules and safe transportation on transport, fire safety basics, as well as the procedure for emergency situations and in the natural environment. Students will also teach the basis of constructive communication, identify dangerous situations in social interaction, as well as ways of counteracting extremist and terrorist activity.
We will remind, on January 17 it was reported that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation wants to introduce a new system of propaganda in schools of the aggressor country and in temporarily occupied territories. Earlier, the center of national resistance reported that the occupiers create a network of "youth homes" in captured territories.
