This is stated in the Presidential Decree, published on the official portal of the Head of State. "To appoint Gnatov Andriy Viktorovich by the Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," - stated in the text of the Presidential Decree No. 170/2025 of March 16. The previous head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Anatoliy Bargilevich, was released from his position, which is stated in the decree of Zelensky No. 169/2025.
