"I can't escape during the war," Zelensky said. He also commented on the fighting and the offensive of the Armed Forces. Zelensky did not declare the exact end of the war, but reported that Ukraine is currently "at the last stage". "We have a lot of fear, means, weapons, but we are in the last part, the most difficult," the President said. Zelensky on October 4 for the first time allowed elections during the war.

According to the head of state, elections in Ukraine can take place, but it is necessary to resolve security issues and change the legislation. In his opinion, the Verkhovna Rada should solve all tasks to guarantee safe access to voting. He stressed that the situation is difficult, but the elections can still be held.
