To spread: The Verkhovna Rada has approved as a whole the bill to improve the mechanisms of management and write -off of military property. This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak. According to him, 321 people's deputies voted in favor of law No. 12373. The decision made by the Council should simplify the write -off of military property, which became unusable during martial law, as well as in the case of destruction or damage to property as a result of hostilities.

According to the explanatory note to the law, the property will be written off on the basis of a single act of writing off on the order of the commander of the military unit. This applies to all military property (except small arms and real estate). The cost of the written off property per unit or by one act shall not exceed UAH 1,700,000 (100 thousand tax -free minimums).

If the value of the property exceeds this indicator, the act of writing off must be approved by the commander or other manager subordinated to the military unit that writes off the property.

An official investigation into the establishment of the causes and circumstances of destruction (loss), damage, lack of depreciation, over -the -depreciation of military property, deterioration or reduction of its value may not be prescribed if it is a matter of damage to the property as a result of the enemy's actions, or damage during the combat mission.
