"Such Cases are": Ignatus about Ukrainian SIM card in Russian UAV Shahd (Video)

According to the Air Force spokesman, the Russians improve their weapons. In particular, they began to paint their drones in black and attach to 4G modem. A spokesman for the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Ignat confirmed that in Russian unmanned SHahd was discovered a 4G modem with the SIM card of the Ukrainian operator "Kyivstar". He said this on the air of the TEMRAFON on December 1. Ignatius reported that experts are already studying the modem found in the enemy drone.

It is now revealed what manipulations with drones can be done with a SIM card and access to the network. "It is clear that everything that is studied by experts, and it is not always necessary to give it out, whether we know something, or do not know. But there are such cases. They are made public," - said the speaker. According to Ignati, the enemy refines both shooting weapons and drones. Yes, the Russians began to paint their drones in black, thus trying to complicate their detection.

The speaker stressed that Ukrainian air defense adapts to similar "modernization". We will remind, on November 29, the Armed Forces serviceman and radio technologies expert Sergey Bez-Krystnov with the call sign "Flash" reported that in the UAV Shahd, launched by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, found a 4G model with the map of the Ukrainian mobile operator "Kyivstar". According to the military, this information was published in the media prematurely.

"They did not even give us a quiet analysis of events by modem and SIM card. Not to mention possible operational measures," Flash wrote. He also emphasized that the Russians soaked modems to drones with adhesive tape, which can be concluded that it is only only Russian experiments, not mass production.

In a comment to Focus, a representative of Kyivstar said that any person can buy a SIM card in Ukraine in Ukraine, at the same time the law does not restrict the buyer in the amount of SIM cards that can be purchased. "Interference with Telecom's work through subscriber SIM cards is completely excluded. We also want to emphasize that the company cooperates with the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in order to prevent the situation in the future," the company reported.
