I want to share insights and lessons that our team has got during this time. It should be noted at once that the construction of a volunteer organization is similar to business design: the same processes, the same hierarchy, the same reporting. The only difference is the final purpose of the first and second - it is different.

A day, two, maximum a week - and they burn, they need to be bought again and again.

But it turns out that I wake up early and work until the night, there is no weekend - neither in me nor in the team, with none of us they need. But if you start, you should check those with whom you plan to cooperate, ask, clarify, ask for documents and photos. 10. Be proud that you have been a volunteer from your childhood that you have not been able to talk about good deeds, it is good.

But this is not quite right, you need to look for the golden mean. The fact is that without great publicity, there would be no great meeting in the shelter and such success in the back of the alive. If they did not report if they were not talked about, nothing would be. So my advice is to keep the fund as you do business. Tell and show the results of your work competently.
