Officials were delayed and presented suspicions throughout Ukraine, some of the persons involved, as the investigation found out, were included in organized criminal groups. Ukrainian law enforcement officers conducted a large -scale special operation to expose the organizers and participants of criminal schemes for theft of budget funds, which were allocated to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"In the course of large -scale special operation, 70 searches were conducted and 30 suspicions were reported to employees throughout Ukraine," the message reads. The total amount of losses to the state, according to the estimates of the Ministry of Defense, is over UAH 138 million.

Among the suspects, 15 of which, according to the investigation, were included in organized criminal groups, found themselves: individual officials were also exposed on a negligent attitude towards military service and illegal enrichment. "In the framework of the investigation, law enforcement officers conducted more than 70 searches in the premises of structural units of territorial KEU and enterprises throughout the territory of Ukraine," the Defense Ministry noted.

Officials are charged with waste and appropriation during purchases at inflated fuel timber prices for the needs of defense, electricity, natural gas, furniture for the army, construction work at military infrastructure facilities, as well as officials, carelessness. , management of a criminal organization and participation in it. One of these suspects was told in more detail at the State Bureau of Investigation.

He was the head of the apartment and operational department of one of the economic units of the Armed Forces in Lviv region, which, due to numerous equipment, illegally reprinted for relatives for almost 12 million UAH. The husband made a soldier of his wife's close relative to one of the parts of the Armed Forces of Lviv.

Subsequently, this soldier became the owner of an apartment building and a land plot in the village of Bryukhovichi, the Lviv district, whose market value is about $ 300,000, although he did not have corresponding income. The official also purchased an apartment in Lviv with an area of ​​100 square meters, the estimated cost of which is more than 4 million UAH.

In addition, the suspect was purchased for the daughter of the SUV premieuumklass, who again issued his relative with numerous violations of the legislation. "The person involved was removed from the post, he was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of arrest with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 3 million," the DBR noted. The property of the suspect was arrested.
