"These cameras are digital, not analog. Cheaper does not work in full darkness: they need twilight or a bright month. And more expensive work in the dark, but the visual inspection distances in them is worse than in the analog sight of night vision," the expert explained.
Sergei Flash added that the Russian invaders are not used in pairs with FPV-digitizers, so it is possible to protect against drones with "night" cameras in the same scheme as from weapons with night vision sights (PNB). As Velmet said in her video to avoid the detection of PNBs, the military should choose camouflage, which is not too different from the environment, not to wear large panels with Velcro and other contrasting elements.
